Cancellation policy : You could cancel the booking for free until 10 days before check in. If you cancel later we charge you for the first night. (Applies to bookings from 5 May 2023)

Please note, we don’t have a kitchen for guest use, but the village Luz and nearby village Espiche offer a big range of different restaurants and cafés in walking distance.
No TV. We offer no guest TV. Enjoy your holiday, relax and make new friends instead
Outdoor solar heated pool, 4,5 x 9 meters. The pool is open all year but the ideal swimming period is from May to October.
Pool towels. We provide your towel to use at the pool
Beach towels. Bring your own or borrow one from us
We regret that we cannot accept pets nor guests under the age of 18
In consideration of other guests and neighbours we ask that you respect those who wish to sleep. For this reason, no music or loud voices after 23
Parties and events not allowed if not agreed in advance
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and in common areas inside the house. Smoking allowed on the pool deck. Please note, that smoking is not allowed in the Palm garden due to the hazard of fire
